Unboxing Potential is a community interest company working with diverse populations to unleash potential, improve health outcomes and develop communities.  We work with corporate partners to deliver CSR projects and support workforce recruitment from disadvantaged communities.  Unboxing Potential provides evidence-based coaching, mentoring and personal development programmes to schools and community organisations.
YOUTH SPORT TRUST
The Youth Sport Trust are a children’s charity working to ensure every child enjoys the life-changing benefits that come from play and sport.  As a senior athlete mentor at the YST, Rachael is responsible for the development of programme content, delivery within schools and the support and supervision of athletes.
